My name is Joshua Gregg, and my story is one of redemption—a journey from pride and self-reliance to surrender and restoration through the grace of God.

I first accepted Jesus as my Savior when I was 8 years old, but it wasn’t until nearly 40 years later that I truly surrendered to Him as Lord of my life. For many years, I chased after the things of this world, trying to find purpose and identity apart from God. That path eventually led to brokenness, including a conviction for wire fraud and a 10-month stay in federal prison.

But prison was not the beginning of my story—it was the turning point. In those difficult months, I finally let go of my pride and fully surrendered my heart to God. And in that surrender, I discovered a freedom I had never known: the freedom that comes only from God's mercy, love, and grace.

Today, I feel called to share my journey with others—especially with those who feel stuck, lost, or spiritually lukewarm. I believe many of us live in invisible prisons, and that through Christ, every one of us can walk in freedom, restoration, and renewed purpose.

I began writing during my time in prison as a way to process what God was doing in my life. That writing has become a blog—a raw, honest look at the transformation God can bring when we surrender completely to Him.

Thank you for being here.

My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness. So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.
